MEDIUM ROAST:
Typically has a rich, smooth, and well adjusted flavor with notes of caramel and nuts. It is less acidic than many other coffees, making it easier on the stomach. It has a sweet and fragrant aroma with hints of floral and spice.

DARK ROAST:
Brings out a smoke-filled and slightly bittersweet taste while still retaining some of the beans inherent sweetness. The aroma is intense and rich, with deep notes of cocoa and roasted nuts.
